noticed that I was not as hungry between meals, and in the first week, I lost 3 lbs! Though I
eventually incorporated exercise into my routine, and gradually stopped taking the Proactol, I
never gained back the weight I lost while taking the supplement. I did notice some slight
queasiness at times, and very mild constipation, but it was nothing major. I DO recommend this

sometimes. I didn't notice any difference when I took it. It didn't help curb my appetite either.
Alli was the only thing that really made a difference, so I guess I'll go back to those and just
