Abies Nigra (Black Spruce)10X:
Made from tincture of the gum of the Black Spruce, Abies Nigra relieves hard cough, upset stomach
(particularly after eating) and headache. Also useful for wakeful restlessness and nightly hunger
pangs.
Aconitum Napellus (Aconite; Monkshood; Wolfsbane) 200C:
Genus of plant belonging to the buttercup family, Aconitum is an herbaceous perennial found in
mountain meadows of the Northern Hemisphere. Calms anguish of mind and body, physical and mental
restlessness, and has been used for dry, croupy cough, tickling in the throat and chest pain
brought on with coughing.
Arsenicum Iodatum 200C:
Relieves dry cough, bronchitis symptoms and burning sensation in nose and throat.
Avena (Oat) 1X:
Creates a soothing action on the nerves. Alcoholic extraction has been used as a nerve tonic and to
treat symptoms associated with opium addiction.
Ignatia Amara 200C:
Also called "St. Ignatius Bean" , Ignatia has long been used as a homeopathic remedy. Derived from
the beans of a small tree belonging to the Loganiaceae family (indigenous to the Phillipines) with
long, twining, smooth branches and pear-sized fruit with almond shaped seeds. Named for a Spanish
Jesuit who brought the beans to Europe in the 17th century, Ignatta was once a remedy for mental
hysteria and the fever and joint pains associate with plague. Relieves the physical manifestations
of stress, such as cramping pains in the abdomen, neck or back, as well as sharp-pain headaches and
heavy sensation in the chest.

For difficult or labored respiration; relieves lung and bronchial inflammation.
Nux Vomica (Poison Nut) 10X:
Aids in stress-related symptoms, calms hunger and sleeplessness. Fights food cravings.
Plantago Major 3X:

Quibracho 3X:
Found in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Southern Brazil, the bark of the evergreen Quebracho tree
