Diet To Go
Diet To Go is a diet meal service that can be delivered to your home, or picked up at
specific sites in larger metropolitan areas on the East and West Coasts. Meal pick up sites include San
Francisco, Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New Jersey, with select fitness centers in these areas
offering taste testing events.
Meals at Diet To Go are delivered fully cooked and fresh, not frozen. Re-heating instructions are included and
food that isn't used within a week should be frozen. Dieters have their choice of 3 different food plans, including
a low-carb diet plan. Meal plans range from 2 meals per day 5 days per week, to 3 meals per day 7 days per
week.
The primary difference between Diet To Go and other diet delivery services like Nutrisystem and Bistro MD is
that Diet To Go includes additional items such as fruit, side dishes and condiments that are not included with most
home delivered diet meals. DTG claims that all of its food is prepared by chef and is nutritionally balanced to
promote weight loss.

| "My
favorite food is the grilled cheese sandwich, but all the food was good, On those rare occasions
that we found something we didn't like, Diet-to-Go was very proactive and allowed us to make
substitutions." user comment on diettogo.com/blog |
| "Diet To Go is going pretty well so far. The food isn't too bad, and it's nice not to
have to think about it. My husband isn't enjoying it quite as much because a) he usually doesn't
have to think about food anyway, since I make it, and b) he keeps missing lunch because he's busy,
which really doesn't work when your breakfast and dinner are pre-packaged to contain only around
1000 calories. According to my Wii, I've lost about 8 pounds, which is pretty typical for a first
week of dieting." user comment at

| "Do
it! I always said that I could lose weight if I had my own personal cook, like Oprah. It's so
true! It's so easy!" user comment on diettogo.com/blog |
| "My
only problem with Diet-to-Go's food is that after a month on the program, I found myself getting
bored with the menus. So I think the key is to use the built-in flexibility of their plan when
selecting meals. You can order a full 3 meals-a-day, or break up into any combination like only
breakfasts, only dinners, and more. For me, what worked best was to order lunches and dinners
during the week, and take breakfasts and weekends off from their meal plan." user

ease and convenience is unrivalled, but more importantly the food is awesome! It's delicious."
