ALLI
Alli is a weight loss pill that is formulated to keep the body from absorbing all of
the fat that is consumed. The manufacturer claims that Alli is the only FDA-approved over-the-counter weight
loss pill. The manufacturer also claims that an important part of the success of the product is due to the
customized weight loss plan that is included for each purchaser. But prospective users who aren't committed
to limiting fat intake and calories as part of the program shouldn't use Alli. The product will only
work if fat intake and calories are restricted.

"IT WORKS. Your body doesn't digest the fat, so it just goes through the rest
of your digestive tract... and causes all sorts of unpleasant side effects along the
way. They're really unpleasant. Seriously. I can't begin to convey how remarkably unpleasant
they actually are."

"I started taking Alli 3 days ago and today was the first time I noticed anything
different happening with my body. First, I had to go to the bathroom really bad after my
breakfast+alli and there were floating drops of fat. Then, I cannot stop passing really nasty
smelling gas, and I'm continuously afraid to pass gas for fear I will pass something more..."

"Not
as strong as the prescription weight loss pill (xenical), but I have lost 2 to 3 pounds already.
Some cramping, and bloating but not severe as long as you are prepared for it. Some of the gas will
stain your underpants!! Be aware of that. Overall a good safe product, which does not affect mood,
and with minimal interaction with other medications. I intend to reorder it." user

| "This is a product that requires some planning, and make sure you are
prepared to begin. It isn't a fad diet item, this is the real deal. It also has some real side
effects that you need to be aware of, and prepared to endure. By itself, this product probably
won't do much. Combined with a change of diet, and adding in a decent exercise regime, it does
work." |
| "I
had become a 244 pound fat boy, and decided to do something about it. I began working out 35-60
minutes 3 - 4 times a week, changed my eating, snacking, and beer drinking habits. Now, 4 months
later, I am at 214 pounds. For the first time ever, my cholesterol level was at normal levels. My
Doctor said that the Alli (Orlistat) likely contributed to the drop in my Cholesterol due to its
serious fat blocking." usercomment at
